Apple Cinnamon Muffins

Cook Time: 12 minutes
Serving: 12 muffins
Ingredients:
4 TBS softened butter
2 large apples, peeled and finely grated
2 eggs
1 TBS Saharan Sustenance Date Syrup
¾ cup Saharan Sustenance Date Sugar
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 large carrot, peeled and finely grated
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix together butter and grated apples.
Beat in 2 eggs and add Saharan Sustenance Date Syrup. Mix well.
Add Saharan Sustenance Date Sugar, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Stir until combined.
Add in and incorporate grated carrot.
Pour into a greased or lined muffin pan.
Bake for 12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
